Lovely location and very friendly staff

The staff at this hotel were exceptional. They were extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much bother. The location is perfect for the views of the Eifel Tower and the metro was just a 3 minute walk. We didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment on that but the lounge area was quiet and welcoming.

Only two milks were left for the coffee and once we used that nothing was left for the following morning. The robe was hanging up in the bathroom but it had a stain on the inside of it so I don't think it had been washed or changed from the previous occupants. There was a strange humming sound in the room but we didn't complain as I don't think anything could be done. We didn't complain about the milk and coffee or the robes either as the staff were so pleasant in every other area. I think it is just the cleaning side that could be improved

A pleasant and comfortable stay. Very attentive staff

The location was excellent, right next to the Eiffel Tower, the metro and nice bars and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Karim made us feel very welcome upon arrival and was very informative and advised us on other places to visit during our stay.

The complimentary items such as one free warm carton of water was disappointing for two people to share and this wasn’t replenished during the stay. We had to resort to using the mini bar for extra water which was very expensive at €5 euros a bottle. The Toiletries in the bathroom were very limited. Also the breakfast wasn’t great value for money and overall felt the hotel was quite expensive for what you received but maybe we appreciate we paid for the location on this occasion. I was also disappointed that I didn’t get a view of the Eiffel Tower despite booking months in advance and paying around £200+ per night for a view of a street but not the side of the Eiffel Tower as promoted and as I’d hoped which was the main reason for booking this particular hotel.

Our room was on the 3rd floor but we could see the top quarter of the Eiffel Tower and loved looking out at it sparkling nightly. Location was excellent and staff very helpful.

We seemed to smell cigarette smoke blowing though the vents periodically. We suspected someone was smoking outside near return air vent.

Breakfast was Ok but not as good as other Paris hotels I’ve stayed in. Rooms are small (as expected) and seems not that many actually have a view (or glimpse) of the Eiffel Tower.

A lovely small hotel right in the heart of Paris with great staff.

You could not get any closer to the Eiffel Tower than this hotel and just down the road was a great viewing area just 2 minutes from the hotel where we could watch the lights at night. Ideal for the Metro and for getting about. The staff in the hotel were lovely, very helpful and friendly, the hotel feels like a small Family run place with just a small number of people needed to run it, it was very quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was in the basement dining room and prepared by one Man who we got on really well with, he could not have done enough for us. He was in on the Friday and Saturday and a new chap took over on Sunday. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast was excellent and Continental style. The ground floor has the small reception and bar & lounge area, never busy, very comfortable and peaceful and also private. Our room was on the fourth floor and we had a good view of the top half to the Eiffel Tower which pleased the Grandkids. All the facilities you needed in both rooms were available and a very comfortable double bed for us and twin beds in the other room. It was always a pleasure to get back to the hotel and relax and prepare for the next day. The river Seine and the Tower are about a 10 minute walk away so perfect location. I believe I mentioned the nearby Metro system which is very good. Finally, the receptionists all appear to speak various languages and were very helpful indeed. We loved our 3 night stay and was worth every penny. Go visit, you'll love it.

Great place to stay as we were passing through Paris. Really loved the location

Property was very nice. It is really small, I guess that is to be expected. It’s in a great location and had partial views of the Eiffel Tower. The tower was minutes away by foot. Metro station less than five minutes walk.

The elevator and room was super small.
